Each of our team members wears many hats, and they make it look easy. They know how to talk to children of all ages so they feel comfortable and understand what’s going on. They also know how to communicate effectively with parents and deliver quality service so that your time with us flows by efficiently. Out of everything that makes our Murphy pediatric dental practice special, they are the “secret sauce”, and you can start getting to know them below.
Tiffany Butte, Registered Dental Assistant
Tiffany is the Lead Registered Dental Assistant at Bloom Pediatric Dentistry, with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. She has gone through extensive additional training and is certified in CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, and sealant application. Tiffany enjoys delivering a wonderful dental experience for children, utilizing her great sense of humor to joke around while also using kid-friendly terms for dental procedures to make everything less scary for them.
Tiffany is a proud wife and mother of three who loves spending time with her family. When she is not thinking about teeth, she enjoys being outside riding four-wheelers, swimming, and sitting next to bonfires.
Girly Phan, Patient Care Manager
With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Girly is an invaluable source of knowledge and resources for our patients. She attended the University of Texas and is skilled at helping patients navigate dental insurance to maximize their benefits. Her favorite part of her job is being able to watch young patients go from feeling anxious as new patients to brave and giggling regulars!
From Mesquite, Girly has been married for nearly two decades and has two daughters, Isla and Mia. In her free time, you can find her Ubering her kids to activities and attending her daughters’ dance competitions. She also enjoys traveling and trying new foods. Her not-so-hidden talent is rapping Eminem during Karaoke!
Justina Brooks, Patient Care Specialist
Justina is one of our newest team members, and our patients already love her! Her favorite aspect of being a patient care specialist is being able to help families navigate their children’s dental visits smoothly, whether they have questions about treatments or dental insurance. She’s a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and looks forward to a bright career in the dental field!
Originally from New Orleans, Justina enjoys spending time with her tight-knit and funny family as well as trying new restaurants, working out, and traveling!
