Plano Sports Authority

The Plano Sports Authority has been a pillar of youth development in North Texas for decades. With year-round recreational and competitive leagues, PSA gives more than 100,000 young athletes the chance to explore sports, build confidence, and learn the importance of teamwork. No matter what your child has an interest in, from soccer and basketball to cheer and volleyball, there’s something for everyone. We’re proud to highlight an organization like them that teaches the importance of character, sportsmanship, and community through play.

Wylie Recreation Center

Recreation centers are the heart of any thriving community, and the Wylie Recreation Center off of Country Club Road is one of the best. There, families can enjoy fitness classes, personal training, open play areas, and convenient childcare services in one place. If you or your child is a pickleball fan, you’re in luck. Their facility has three indoor courts to enjoy, whether you’re an early riser or an evening warrior. What we love most is how they turn staying active into something genuinely fun and easy.

Ninja Nation

Ninja Nation may be a national brand, but our local arena in Murphy Crossing feels more like a neighborhood hangout. Kids of all ages love testing their strength and skill on challenging obstacle courses, guided by encouraging coaches who make fitness fun. Ninja Nation gives children (and adults!) a safe space to challenge themselves and discover what they’re capable of. It’s become a favorite spot for our patients to spread their wings and get out their giggles.

Pizza Twist

Pizza Twist may have roots outside Texas, but the Murphy location on East Farm to Market 544 has earned a strong reputation as a local family favorite. We love their unique takes on classic pizza, which are always made fresh. In our experience, there’s something for everyone, whether you have an adventurous eater or a picky one.
